About
I’m a Paloma, I’m a Product Designer with experience across web and mobile, primarily in startups and tech environments. I’m drawn to complex systems and interfaces, and I enjoy turning intricate workflows into experiences that feel clear, accessible, and intuitive. For me, design isn’t about simplifying everything—it’s about making complexity understandable, usable, and meaningful.
My approach is analytical and research-driven. I take time to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and contexts, translating them into solutions that are not only functional, but genuinely improve people’s daily lives. I’m motivated both by solving complex problems and by creating products that have a meaningful and ethical impact—whether that’s supporting health and well-being, addressing social challenges, or contributing to more sustainable and responsible systems.
My path into design began during my studies in Fine Arts, when I experimented with generative visuals using Processing. That early exposure to code led me to explore front-end development—HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—which continues to shape how I think, design, and collaborate closely with engineers today.
I value collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning, and I’m driven by the opportunity to craft thoughtful, human-centered experiences that balance complexity, usability, and real-world impact.
Outside of work, I share my time with my two dogs—often exploring nature together on long walks. I also enjoy reading (primarily essays and literature) and listening to music, which constantly inspire the way I observe, think, and create.
