Thrive with Konica Minolta

Firstly, the business which involves this project consist in a distributor from Konica Minolta which sells not only high production printing machines but also another wide range of IT products related with colour management.

Overview

The principal objectives of this project are to describe the current state of a database and identify new ways of creating leads as an alternative from the previous ones, and test the impact each feedback has on this industry this strategy.

Lean Methodology

It consists in getting feedback from customers faster than creating a thorough product through long periods of time avoiding overspends. Therefore, it is more important to create a MVP (minimum viable product) to test its benefits faster while analysing its results in order to improve the product in an iterative way.

Kick off - Research

Research Questions

First, it is important to know which actors are going to interact in future and which issues they could raise between each other. This task is divided in three actors: the company, the competence, and the costumer/user.

Developing

Assumptions & Hypotheses

I developed a list of assumptions to start developing my idea about the user’s needs, so I can set the functionalities for the future solution.

The objective of this graphic is to know which assumption/strategy is more risky and till which extent can some them affect to the project if it does not work well.

Protopersonas & protojourney

The protojourney is designed to briefly have insights from the user’s needs during his day. In the image below, the protopersona is provides a slight idea of a posible user.

User Stories

Through user stories we could see what would be the user’s needs in order to translate them into functionalities for our future MVP.

Designing MVP

We did not have to create an entire Style Guide as we have it already set up from the official one. However we decided to make one in order to have a handy one on our file in Figma.

High fidelity wireframes

This high fidelity wireframes can show how it changed over time  because of the user needs.

Conclusions

After analysing all the data gathered we could see that our new strategy had successfully achieved its main goals. We attained many useful metrics which in the majority are positive.
